Vehicle History Report

For sale is a 2011 Coachmen Chaparral Lite CLF269 30' fifth wheel camper paired with a 2004 Ford F-250 SuperCrew diesel tow vehicle. I am asking $23,900 for both and prefer to sell them together. I may consider selling the camper by itself, but not the truck, as I have no other way to move the camper.

The camper is in great overall condition. The interior is exceptionally clean for its age and shows very little wear. The stove, refrigerator, flooring, seating, and other high-use areas look almost new. It features slide-outs, a full kitchen and bathroom, plenty of storage, and a comfortable layout. It also has an outdoor kitchen with a grill that has never been used. The only notable issue is cosmetic fading on the front exterior from being partially exposed while stored by the previous owner. Everything functions as it should. Grill and Stove have never been used. Everything is in excellent condition inside the camper.

The truck is a 2004 Ford F-250 SuperCrew with the 6.0L diesel that has been bulletproofed. 172K miles. It is equipped with a fifth wheel hitch, factory towing package, electric trailer brake controller, and a 40-gallon auxiliary fuel tank. Tires are in good shape and the truck is in overall great condition. The only known issue is that the radio has no sound. Both truck ans camper have 2 sets of keys. Original Tailgate for the truck is included in the sale. Both units were well taken care of and it shows.
